The location near Times square was fantastic. everything was in a walking distance. The room isn't big and the AC is something to get used to. The amenities in the bathroom were great - love the Dove collection. The cleaned our room every day and offered extra services. They post the best time to go down for breakfast so if you sleep late be ready for a crowd, but if you are there by 8am its all good. Complimentary cucumber or orange water at the lobby was great. check in and check out were fast and easy, the Wi-Fi was good.

I had the pleasure of meeting Touria Assahili during my recent stay at the Holiday Inn, and I must say she was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, Touria welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism that immediately made me feel at ease. She was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a friendly smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring a smooth check-in process. Her attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out and made a significant difference in my overall experience. Touria is a true asset to the Holiday Inn team, and I sincerely appreciate the care and dedication she brings to her role. I would highly recommend this hotel, in no small part due to the excellent service provided by people like her.

The staff were very helpful and attentive to our requests, always checking on us. Staff are all doing a great job in taking care of the guests. The welcome snacks is a welcome treat. Hot breakfast is good with enough choices. Location is walking distance to Times Square, train station and a lot of restaurants around the area.

The front desk clerk Michelle is a VIP access to this hotel!! Her warm welcoming to us for our first visit to NY was great, plus she gave us tips on great restaurants to eat at and places to visit!! Breakfast wasn't bad at all and they need to be mindful that a lot of us don't eat pork in which I was accommodated on. I give her five 🌟

The hotel was situated perfectly for all the things I wanted to do. The room was comfortable in size and the breakfast was awesome. The staff greeted me with pleasant faces and accommodated holding my luggage while I toured the City on my first and last day in New York. Being in Times Square was exceptional.

Oddly enough, they had excellent bathroom soaps/lotions. Most places offer the bare minimum in terms of providing these, but this place went above and beyond to provide excellent quality products. They also had a wonderful spread for breakfast options; a little something for everybody.

The receptionist,by name Touria, was extremely nice and helpful. My room was a bit small,but it was very neat and tidy. I could send a txt message directly to the hotel’s phone number regarding any issue and I got prompt replies. Great service. Will definitely book same hotel again anytime I’m in Times Square.

Love the free breakfast. Asia got everything we needed and was extremely pleasant. Alysse was by far the most engaging, phenomenal, and courteous service professional at the front desk. She did her endeavor best with the hand she was dealt with . She is extremely amazing, I will definitely recommend this hotel because of her. The other lady who did not give a name was rude!

Loved the location, the price, and the food! Best continental hotel breakfast I have had in years! The cinnamon buns and coffee were great. It was close to all the attractions and 10 mins for the the train station. Felt like everything was at our fingertips.

I like all the things about this place especially the location. Big thanks to Michelle for taking care of us during our 9am check-in and for putting us to a high floor. Everything is good especially the food, complimentary waters, and staff hands-on and responsive service.
